Terms and Conditions for Women2.biz

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the Women2.biz community (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Women2.biz, operated by ФОП Кошелєва Ірина Вікторівна ("we," "us," or "our"), based in Kyiv, Ukraine.

2. Service Description

Women2.biz is a paid membership community for professional networking and development.

Membership includes:

  • Access to the private Women2.biz community hosted on Circle.co
  • Participation in member discussions, channels, and events
  • Access to community resources, content, and member directory
  • Any additional benefits described on our Pricing page at the time of purchase

The Service is delivered digitally. Members receive access immediately upon successful payment via an automated invitation to the Circle.co community.

3. Eligibility

  • Age Requirement: The Service is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
  • Professional Use: This community is intended for professional networking and development. You agree to use the Service for lawful purposes only.

4. Membership & Registration

To access the community, you must register and create an account.

  • Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process (including your real name and job title).
  • Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
  • Platform: Our community is hosted on Circle.co. You must also comply with Circle's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. A violation of Circle's terms may result in the termination of your Women2.biz membership.

5. Fees and Payments

  • Payment Processing: All payments for memberships are processed securely via WayForPay, which process credit and debit card payments securely. We do not store your credit card information.
  • Service Delivery: Access to the Circle.co community is granted automatically and immediately upon successful payment confirmation. You will receive an invitation to your registered email address.
  • Subscriptions: If you sign up for a recurring subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at the start of each billing cycle.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your user settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to the community until that date.

6. Refund Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable.

Women2.biz is a digital service that provides immediate access to proprietary content, a private community, and member resources upon payment. In accordance with Article 13 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection," the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered immediately after purchase with the consumer's prior consent.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

  • You receive immediate access to the Service upon payment;
  • You waive your right to withdraw from the contract under Ukrainian distance-selling rules;
  • No refunds will be issued for unused subscription time, voluntary cancellation, or account termination resulting from a violation of these Terms.

If you believe a payment was made in error or you were charged incorrectly, contact us at ask@women2.biz within 14 days of the transaction and we will review your case.

7. Code of Conduct

To maintain a safe and professional environment, all members must adhere to the following rules. We reserve the right to terminate your account without refund if you violate these rules:

  1. Respect: Harassment, hate speech, bullying, or discrimination of any kind is strictly prohibited.
  2. Confidentiality: What happens in the community stays in the community. You may not share another member's private business strategies or personal data outside of Women2.biz without their consent.
  3. No Spam: Unauthorized solicitation, spamming, or aggressive self-promotion in inappropriate channels is prohibited.
  4. Safety: You may not post content that is illegal, obscene, or threatens the safety of others.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Our Content: The Women2.biz name, logo, website design, and original content provided by us are owned by Women2.biz and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
  • Your Content: You retain ownership of the content (posts, messages, images) you submit to the community. However, by posting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display that content within the community platform.

9. Disclaimers

  • No Professional Advice: The content provided in Women2.biz (by us or other members) is for informational and networking purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, or professional business advice.
  • "As Is" Basis: The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Women2.biz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  1. Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
  2. Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service (including other members);
  3. Content obtained from the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Kyiv, Ukraine.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice within the Circle.co community. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
